Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

• 14 days to decide 
  You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just let us know by emailing info@quaversports.com.
  
  

• Condition of items
  Please return products in their original condition and packaging. You may open and check the product carefully, but if it has been used on ice or modified, we cannot accept the return.
  
  

• Return costs
  Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  
  

• Refunds
  Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 working days. Refunds are made to the same account or card you used for payment, or via Klarna if applicable.
  
  

• Exceptions
  Personalized items (like products with names or numbers) and items that show signs of use or damage cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or wrongly delivered.
